If you are not interested in lifetime warranty, Dreampick guarantees its products for a period of 24 months after purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within this period, Dreampick will repair or replace the product at its expense.
THE WARRANTY
If any part of your product becomes non-functioning or defective, we will repair or replace it with a fully-functioning item in the same or better condition. Note the "non-functioning or defective" part. This means that the warranty does not cover small scratches or defect that not affect the safety or function of your product. But if something breaks due to manufacturer defect under normal use, don’t worry, we will help you!
Each replaced part come with the same lifetime guarantee as the original purchase.
SOME LIMITS
Please don't interpret our lifetime guarantee as a license to misuse or destroy the Dreampick accessories you purchased. We reserve the right to not replace products with evident sign of improper use. We also reserve the right to change this policy in the future.
